General Provisions
These conditions are valid exclusively between the company FRASCARELLI GROUP SRL, with registered office at Via dell'Industria 25, 67039 Sulmona (AQ) VAT ID 01918730662, hereinafter referred to as "FIRELOOK" and any person who visits or makes a purchase or books a customized job on the website www.firelook.it, hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT".
These conditions may be subject to change, and the date of their publication on the site is equivalent to the date they come into effect.
These general conditions of sale and booking define the operational methods between Firelook and the Client and regulate the different stages to be followed to proceed with a purchase on this site.
These conditions govern purchases made on the site www.firelook.com, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 and by Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.
ARTICLE 1 – Object of the contract and stages of booking / purchase
With these general conditions, FIRELOOK sells and the CLIENT books and purchases remotely the products listed and offered for sale on the site www.firelook.it or to be customized.
The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by following the purchase procedure provided on the website itself.
The client undertakes to review, before proceeding to confirm their order, these general conditions, particularly the pre-contractual information provided by FIRELOOK, and to accept them by ticking the indicated box.
The Client, to make a reservation in the case of a customized product, must follow the steps listed below:
- The Client has read and accepted these conditions;
- FIRELOOK issues a cost estimate for the customized job;
- Written acceptance (via email) of the cost estimate by the client;
- The Client completes their booking order including the themes chosen for customization;
- The Client waits for an email from FIRELOOK's offices acknowledging the booking request and the payment request (equal to 50% of the total amount of the commissioned work);
- The Client receives an email from FIRELOOK's offices confirming partially or totally their reservation indicating the deadline for the pickup of the products at the store or for shipping by courier.
- The Client is required to read and verify the information in the confirmation email and report any errors promptly.
ARTICLE 2 – Pre-contractual information for the consumer – art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract, the CLIENT is informed about the characteristics of the goods which are illustrated on the individual product sheets.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the validation of the order which requires "advance payment of 50% of the amount of the entire job" in case of a customized product or balance, the CLIENT is informed about:
for the purchase of ready-to-ship products, the total price of the goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;
payment methods;
the deadline by which FIRELOOK commits to deliver the goods;
conditions, terms, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 6 of these conditions) as well as the standard withdrawal form included in Annex I, part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014;
information that the CLIENT will bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal;
conditions of after-sales service and commercial guarantees provided by FIRELOOK.
The CLIENT may at any time and before the conclusion of the contract, be aware of the information relating to FIRELOOK, the geographical address, telephone and fax number, email address, information which is also reported below:

ARTICLE 3 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by FIRELOOK to the CLIENT of an email confirming the order. The email contains the CLIENT's details and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs, and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent and the link to print and archive a copy of these conditions.
The CLIENT undertakes to verify the accuracy of the personal data contained therein and to promptly communicate any corrections to FIRELOOK.
FIRELOOK undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies, or small differences between the site and the actual product may arise. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on www.firelook.it do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative.
FIRELOOK commits to deliver the goods within 30 days from the sending by FIRELOOK of the order confirmation email to the CLIENT.
ARTICLE 4 – Availability of products
The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the moment the CLIENT places the order. This availability must, however, be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other CLIENTS before the confirmation of the order.
The products offered and their prices are valid as long as they are visible and consultable on the site. The CLIENT is invited to consult the availability of the items starting from the information sheet of each item.
In the case of the purchase of multiple products, if one of the products is not available, FIRELOOK will inform the Client of the partial validation of the purchase. In this case, only the amount of the available products will be charged to the CLIENT. Finally, in the case of total unavailability of the products requested by the CLIENT, the order will be canceled and no cost will be charged to the CLIENT.
ARTICLE 5 – Payment methods
- The payment for the customized product will be divided into no.2 installments:
- down payment of 50% of the entire job to confirm the reservation
- balance to be conferred, according to the methods and means of payment agreed with the offices of FIRELOOK.
2. Payment for ready-to-ship products must be made at the time of order
ARTICLE 6 – Prices
All sales prices of the products listed on the site www.firelook.it are expressed in Euro and include VAT, and where provided, the Raee contribution.
The prices indicated for each item are valid exclusively in the FIRELOOK .IT store.
The CLIENT accepts FIRELOOK's right to change its prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the site at the time of booking and indicated in the confirmation email sent by FIRELOOK to the CLIENT.
In case of a computer error, manual, technical, or any other nature that may lead to a substantial, unforeseen change by FIRELOOK, of the public sale price, making it exorbitant or clearly ridiculous, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the CLIENT will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation.
ARTICLE 7 – Transport costs
- National transport for mainland Italy €12.00
- National transport for the islands € 19.90
- For orders above € 200.00, National transport is free
- For international shipments, send a written request to the address info@firelook.it to agree on the service.
ARTICLE 8 – Reservation
The reservation can only be made through the site www.firelook.it.
The FIRELOOK store commits to display the CLIENT's request made on the site and to take it into account within a time limit of 2 hours from receipt, compatibly with office hours and holidays and bridges. This limit may be modified in case of technical problems or force majeure that prevent the handling of the reservation.
ARTICLE 9 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulatory provisions in force, the Client has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
In the case of payment of the amount to confirm the reservation (50% of the total amount of the entire job), the same will be retained by FIRELOOK, as a deposit, for the company's commitment to customization.
The integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. All returned products that are incomplete or damaged will not be accepted.
ARTICLE 10 – Liability
FIRELOOK assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet network, in the event that it fails to execute the order within the times provided by the contract.
ARTICLE 11 – Commercial guarantee
To enjoy the warranty service, the CLIENT must keep the documents issued at the time of order confirmation.
ARTICLE 12 – Access to the site
The Client has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, especially commercial, of the site or its content is allowed. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether sound or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of Firelook and are protected by intellectual property rights.
ARTICLE 13 – Cookies
The site www.firelook.it uses "cookies", electronic files that record information related to the Client's navigation on the site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation ...) and that allow Firelook to offer an increasingly personalized service to its clients. Firelook informs the Client of the possibility to disable the creation of such files by accessing their Internet configuration menu.
It is understood that this will prevent the Client from accessing the online reservation service.
ARTICLE 14 – Completeness
These general conditions of booking are constituted by the totality of the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these general conditions are considered invalid or declared as such under the law, regulation or following a decision of a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effectiveness.
ARTICLE 15 – Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Italian law.
Any dispute that does not find a friendly solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place of location of FIRELOOK.
